cafeaero.vercel.appA tool for estate agents. You upload photos and a PDF floor plan, the app assembles the listing, facts about the neighbourhood and an isometric view of the flat. The rule it stands on: every number in the text has to match the source, otherwise the sentence is dropped. It runs on credits, not a subscription.
A swipe app for property tips: you drop a tip in, the others swipe left or right, and what the community waves through moves on. No sign-up, tips are shared live through Vercel Blob.
An assistant over insurance terms for a financial adviser. It answers strictly from the uploaded documents, cites the clause, and says so when the answer is not in them. Hybrid search (BM25 over Slovak-normalised tokens plus cosine over character n-grams), structured output through tool calling, a relevance gate for refusals. Measured by an eval of 36 questions, including ones that should have no answer.
A radar over the notice boards of Bratislava boroughs. It downloads notices, pulls the text out of PDFs, classifies them into categories and produces leads. FastAPI, aiosqlite, Jinja2, pypdf and an LLM for sorting. 4,600 lines of Python.
