What you fill in the contact form (name, email, phone, topic and the message) is sent to my email so that I can reply. I do not sell the data, do not use it for profiling and do not share it with third parties beyond the technical delivery of the message. The site runs on Vercel and the email is delivered by Resend, both acting as processors. If the form cannot send for technical reasons, it offers to open your own mail client, and then nothing passes through the site at all.
The payment page collects and sends no personal data: the QR code is generated on the server from the amount and the variable symbol in the link. The payment happens in your bank and I learn about it from the bank statement.
I keep messages for as long as the enquiry is current, at most 24 months. You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion at any time. Write to rado.pirozek@gmail.com and I will take care of it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
I use no cookies. For counting visits I have Vercel analytics enabled, which is deliberately cookie-free and does not track an individual across sites. I see aggregate numbers such as page views and where a visit came from, not who looked at it. That is why there is no consent bar here; if I ever deployed a tool that collects personal data, I would add one before anything started being measured.
Fonts are hosted on this site, so loading a page sends no request to Google's servers.
